data-end=\"350\" \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ulica 1. svibnja 4, 52470 Umag \u2013 Umago<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"378\" data-end=\"405\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">hereby issues the following<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"407\" data-end=\"434\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"436\" data-end=\"746\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">TP \u2013 Conset d.o.o. strives to make its website accessible in accordance with the Act on the Accessibility of Websites and Software Solutions for Mobile Devices of Public Sector Bodies (\u201cNarodne novine,\u201d no. 17\/2019), by which Directive (EU) 2016\/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council is transposed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"748\" data-end=\"914\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">It also endeavors to make its website compliant with the guidelines for ensuring the accessibility of web content developed by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI).<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"916\" data-end=\"973\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">This Statement applies to the website:\u00a0www.tpconset.hr.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"975\" data-end=\"999\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Degree of compliance<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1001\" data-end=\"1369\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">This website is partially compliant with the Act on the Accessibility of Websites and Software Solutions for Mobile Devices of Public Sector Bodies (\u201cNarodne novine,\u201d no. 17\/19), Directive (EU) 2016\/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and the guidelines for ensuring the accessibility of web content developed by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI).<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1371\" data-end=\"1397\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Non-accessible content<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"1774\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Pursuant to Article 8 of the Act on the Accessibility of Websites and Software Solutions for Mobile Devices of Public Sector Bodies (\u201cNarodne novine,\u201d no. 17\/19) and Article 5 of Directive (EU) 2016\/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council, as well as the guidelines for ensuring the accessibility of web content developed by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI),<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1776\" data-end=\"1886\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">TP \u2013 Conset d.o.o. conducted an initial assessment of its website\u2019s compliance with accessibility requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1888\" data-end=\"1931\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The identified shortcomings are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1933\" data-end=\"3098\">\n<li data-start=\"1933\" data-end=\"2190\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The website is not fully adapted to HTML5 standards in some minor parts. Due to technical limitations of the site, complete compliance is not possible; however, this does not prevent users, regardless of their abilities, from accessing and using the site.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2191\" data-end=\"2520\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Some photographs and\/or non-textual content on the website are decorative in nature or used only for visual formatting. In accordance with point 5.1.3.6. of the European standard EN 301 549 V2.1.2 (2018-08), specified by Article 7(1) of the Act on Accessibility, such content does not have (and need not have) alternative text.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2521\" data-end=\"2553\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Some text is not left-aligned.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2554\" data-end=\"2650\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">There are PDF documents in image format that cannot be downloaded and read via screen readers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2651\" data-end=\"2846\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Interactive elements, such as the homepage slider and PDF\/catalog viewer, cannot be navigated or controlled using devices intended for persons with disabilities, and no alternative is provided.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2847\" data-end=\"2966\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Text in the form of image files is used in dynamic parts of the site (slider, mouseover transitions, and animations).<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2967\" data-end=\"3098\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Certain elements that are not always displayed do not open and close via click or touch (but rather by hovering over the button).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3100\" data-end=\"3228\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">TP \u2013 Conset d.o.o. is working on removing these identified non-compliances and will endeavor to resolve them as soon as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3230\" data-end=\"3277\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Preparation of this Accessibility Statement<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3279\" data-end=\"3790\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">As a public sector body, TP \u2013 Conset d.o.o. strives to make its website (www.tpconset.hr) accessible in accordance with the Act on the Accessibility of Websites and Software Solutions for Mobile Devices of Public Sector Bodies of the Republic of Croatia (\u201cNarodne novine,\u201d no. 17\/19), dated September 23, 2019, which transposes Directive (EU) 2016\/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies into national legislation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3792\" data-end=\"3936\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">TP \u2013 Conset d.o.o. will carry out corrective measures to address issues of non-accessible content of its website to the greatest extent possible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3938\" data-end=\"4122\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Contrast errors and font size adjustments have been resolved by installing the WP Accessibility Tools plugin, which is activated by hovering over the upper right corner of the website.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4124\" data-end=\"4503\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">This Statement was prepared on July 1, 2024, in accordance with the Template for Accessibility Statements, which aligns with Directive (EU) 2016\/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies, and which was established by the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018\/1523 of October 11, 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4505\" data-end=\"4754\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">For the preparation of this Statement, the self-assessment method was used, carried out by the public sector body itself, as well as the accessibility testing methods WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool and WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4756\" data-end=\"4792\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Feedback and contact information<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4794\" data-end=\"5194\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">By submitting a request, you can receive feedback and\/or report observed irregularities under the Act on the Accessibility of Websites and Software Solutions for Mobile Devices of Public Sector Bodies (\u201cNarodne novine,\u201d no. 17\/19) and Directive (EU) 2016\/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
